GUACAMOLE
- Popular in Mexico and Texas
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 small tomato
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 T. of chopped onion
juice from 1 lemon
2 T. chopped cilantro
salt.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the
pits, and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.

Mash the avocados with the fork.
-
Mix in the garlic, onion, lemon juice,
and cilantro.

Dice the tomato, and fold it into the
avocado mixture.
-
Add salt to taste.
-
Serve guacamole with Tortilla chips.
